Pacifica District is blessed to have over 2,500 dedicated volunteers like yourself who help deliver the promise of Scouting to 105 Scout Troops, Packs and Crews throughout the District. Our program is volunteer driven and professionally guided. Pacifica is one of the largest districts of the Greater Los Angeles Area Council. The funds raised through Friends of Scouting help provide important services to our unit programs including: seven first-class camping facilities,renowned summer camp programs at Cherry Valley on Catalina Island and Forest Lawn Scout Reservation, adult and youth training programs, year-round merit badge clinics, accident and liability insurance and a dedicated professional staff to support our volunteers.

Our Scouts come from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds, but have one common bond and that is the desire to be part of the finest youth organization in the free world, the Boy Scouts of America.
